My Computing Requirement has changed

It has been quite a while since I last created a post in here because I became too busy with my assignment, adjust to the new work environment and location and overcome some obstacles but now I hove found a time to at least make a post. With the new work environment, almost all of my objectives have changed including my preference on the laptop that I wanted to buy.

I think the Lenovo Thinkpad X100e can no longer meet my computing needs. I need more power and because of this, I would have to postpone buying a full laptop for a while. Instead, I am on a spending spree on clothes, accessories and shoes. I really need a pair of new shoes, something that is not leather, not rubber, but both. I need a shoes that is not as heavy as a leather shoes nor a shoes that I could not use while working in the office, and when I go to the gym, I do not have to change my shoes.

While shopping, I found a great pair of shoes that is just perfect for my requirement. I have chosen the Outdoors by Fila(a popular brand in Italy). It is just looks great on my feet and very light just as if I am not wearing a shoe.

Then after several hours of walking, I happen to pass by a KFC outlet in Conception, Marikina so I went and bought some food for dinner.

The food was delicious and I enjoyed eating while watching Miriah's Japan Concert on DVD with my Samsung Syncmaster EX2020.

Some brownies for deserts

I went to Cubao this afternoon to check again the Lenovo ThinkPad X100e. I can't see any computer shop that displays the netbook not even the Lenovo shop at the SM Cubao Cyberzone. So instead, I just walk around and check each of the available netbooks that has almost the same specs as the Lenovo ThinkPad X100e and these are the Asus EEE Pc 1201T and the MSI Wind U230.

Of all the three netbooks, MSI Wind U230 has better specs compared to the two netbooks while the Asus EEE PC 1201T is the cheapest, and the Lenovo ThinkPad X100e has the best appearance and of course the classic ThinkPad boxy design.

As of today, I still think that the Lenovo Thinkpad X100e is the best choice but I am not planning to buy it locally although I haven't made up my mind yet. Before I went home, I happen to pass by a stall that sells lovely brownies so thought I should buy some, and took some pictures of it using my Olympus T-100 digital camera.

Qube M1 is my NetBook

4 Months ago, I was so short of budget but I really need to buy at least a netbook because I am always spending so much time on internet cafe. Would you believe if I tell you that I spend almost 15 hours surfing everyday for the past 10 years? I have lost my previous netbook(an ASUS EEE PC 901 netbook) because of the flood that wreck havoc to my community.

And since I am still running short of cash, and after thorough research I settled for the Qube M1 Netbook. So far, I have no regrets after 4 months using it. But then lately, I am trying to save some bucks for the Lenovo Thinkpad X100e (See picture below.). And I want to buy the heatwave red version. Aside from the color that attracts so much, I would buy it because I trust the brand and the classic Think pad design.
